What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a wide range of profitable businesses that people are looking to sell. We focus mainly in the online space, but are open to offline deals as well. The preferred business that we like to invest in have some/all of the following criteria (but are not limited to we might add):

• Yearly top line revenue of $1 million
• E-commerce businesses preferred but also interested in marketing agencies and offline businesses.
• Minimum of 2 employees.
• Been in business for a minimum of 3 years.
• Profit margins of 15%.
• Direct to consumer preferred, but also looking for Amazon businesses to acquire.
• Good documentation of processes, expenses, incomes.
• Open to seller financing is a big plus.
